永磁电机、传感器与磁吸组件量产时,永磁铁氧体和钕铁硼的选择不能只看磁性能,还要结合充磁方式、工艺难度、成本与成品一致性,轴向、径向充磁是影响方案落地的关键因素。

钕铁硼属于稀土永磁,剩磁、矫顽力远高于铁氧体,磁能积优势明显,适合小型化、高扭矩、轻量化的产品。它既可以做轴向充磁,也可实现径向多极充磁。轴向充磁是磁场沿磁铁厚度方向贯通,结构简单,充磁夹具制作成本低,量产效率高,适合轴向磁通电机、平面磁吸组件;径向充磁磁场沿着半径方向向外或向内,多极径向磁环能形成均匀气隙磁场,广泛用于无刷电机转子。但钕铁硼材质脆,径向多极充磁对充磁头磁场分布要求极高,磁极容易出现磁通量不均,且耐高温、抗退磁能力有限,大电流高温工况下存在退磁风险。

永磁铁氧体磁能积偏低,磁力偏弱,但其抗退磁性能稳定、价格低廉,适合大批量低成本家电电机、风机水泵马达。铁氧体同样支持轴向与径向充磁。轴向充磁工艺成熟,良率稳定;铁氧体径向多极充磁局限性较大,大块铁氧体径向充磁时磁极波形畸变明显,磁隙磁场波动大,很难实现高精度多极磁场,所以量产中铁氧体径向充磁应用少于轴向。

量产选型思路:追求大功率、小体积、高磁密度,优先钕铁硼。若转子需要径向多极磁场,在预算充足前提下选用钕铁硼磁环径向充磁;结构扁平、磁场沿厚度方向作用,采用钕铁硼轴向充磁。产品对磁力要求不高,看重成本与长期稳定性,工作温度波动大,可选永磁铁氧体,尽量以轴向充磁方案为主,减少复杂径向多极设计。另外还要兼顾充磁设备投入。径向多极充磁需要定制专用充磁线圈,单次充磁能耗更高,小批量生产成本偏高;轴向充磁夹具通用性强,换型更快。综合磁性能、充磁工艺难度、良率与采购成本,才能选出适配量产的永磁与充磁方案。
