JIUJU’s R&D laboratory has built a core advantage in magnetization technology through its integrated “Talent + Equipment + Achievements” approach, providing strong support for the technological advancement of magnetizers and magnetization equipment.
The lab unites experts in materials science, electronics, and mechanical design to study ferrite, NdFeB, AlNiCo, and other magnetic materials, optimizing magnetization solutions and driving breakthroughs in specialized magnetization technologies.
The lab features advanced magnetization platforms, magnetic measurement instruments, and environmental simulators, supporting R&D in constant-current and pulse magnetization while precisely testing efficiency and field uniformity to ensure reliable equipment performance.
The lab has resolved over 30 magnetization challenges, developing equipment capable of thickness, radial, and multi-stage magnetization. Its solutions serve speaker magnets, motor rotors, and sensor cores, meeting high-performance demands—especially excelling in motor magnetization applications.
