在工业制造领域，硅胶磁性产品因兼具柔性特质与磁性能，广泛应用于智能穿戴、密封组件等场景。其磁性能的精准赋予，核心依赖专业充磁工艺。本次久巨充磁承接硅胶产品充磁项目，成功实现产品磁力从0.01高斯到15.5高斯的跨越式提升，以下为全流程详细记录。

项目前期，我们先完成需求对接与基础准备工作。客户提供的硅胶产品内置磁性颗粒，初始磁力仅0.01高斯，几乎无实用磁性能，需通过充磁处理达到稳定磁性，适配后续装配需求。技术团队先对产品进行全面检测，确认其尺寸规格、硅胶材质厚度及内置磁材类型，确保充磁工艺与产品特性匹配。同时，选用久巨3000V充磁机作为核心设备，该设备通过高压电容储能后瞬间放电产生强磁场，可精准突破磁性材料内禀矫顽力，实现高效饱和充磁。操作前严格执行安全规程，检查设备电源接地、冷却系统通畅性，清理作业区域易燃易爆物品，操作人员穿戴绝缘手套与防护眼镜，杜绝金属饰品佩戴，保障作业安全。

充磁实施阶段是流程核心，分为参数调试、工件定位与充磁执行三步。技术人员依据产品磁材特性与目标磁力，经多次模拟测试后，将充磁机电压参数精准设定为3000V。考虑到硅胶材质柔性特质，定制专用定位夹具，将待充磁产品平稳固定于充磁头预定位置，确保产品与充磁头有效接触，避免充磁过程中移位导致磁力分布不均。确认无误后，操作人员退至安全区域按下启动按钮，设备电容瞬间释放高压电流，通过充磁线圈产生强磁场，使硅胶内置磁性颗粒沿磁力线方向有序排列。整个充磁过程仅耗时数秒，设备自动完成磁场施加与复位，期间实时监测电流、磁场强度等参数，确保运行稳定。

充磁完成后，进入后处理与检测环节。待设备磁场完全衰减后，小心取出产品，清除表面残留杂质。采用高精度高斯计对产品进行多点磁力检测，结果显示，产品平均磁力达15.5高斯，较初始值提升1550倍，且磁力分布均匀，完全符合客户使用要求。同时对充磁设备进行停机维护，清理充磁头工作面，关闭电源与冷却系统，如实记录本次作业的产品数量、参数设置、检测数据等信息，形成完整生产档案。
