End-to-End Solution for Magnetization Automation
Automated Magnetic Charging Integrated Solution
To meet customers’ magnetization requirements for internal-magnet tweeter drivers, Jiuju provides end-to-end magnetization testing and process optimization solutions. Upon receiving samples, the technical team first uses a gauss meter to calibrate the magnetic field direction. Using a Model 3050 magnetizing machine, they conduct gradient voltage tests ranging from 500 V to 3,000 V to precisely determine the product’s magnetic saturation threshold. The magnetization process utilizes specialized jigs for positioning, combined with voltage-stabilized magnetization control, to ensure uniform magnetization and accurate polarity of the driver’s magnets. After magnetization is complete, surface magnetic field measurements are conducted again for verification. The magnetic performance of the finished product shows minimal deviation from the original, non-demagnetized samples, and the magnetic saturation meets specifications. This solution enables rapid matching of magnetization parameters for tweeter drivers of different specifications, providing stable process support for customers’ mass production and ensuring consistency in product acoustic performance.

Video Case Study on the Magnetization Process for Jiuju Irregular-Shaped Cobalt Magnets—Jiuju Magnetizer
September 12, 2026
Irregularly shaped samarium-cobalt magnets have complex magnetic pole configurations. Combined with the high-temperature resistance and high coercive force of samarium-cobalt materials, this makes them highly prone to issues such as magnetic field non-uniformity and uneven magnetization during magnetization, placing high demands on tooling and process parameters.

Magnetization itself is a physical process that takes place in milliseconds; what truly slows down the overall production cycle are the manual loading, unloading, and alignment and calibration steps. In manual magnetization mode, workers must pick up and place each part individually and verify the polarity direction, which takes several seconds per part. Production capacity fluctuates significantly depending on the workers’ skill level and fatigue, and the strong magnetic field environment also poses safety hazards.
