End-to-End Solution for Magnetization Automation

JiuJu Company officially launched the 5S health check special action, aiming to systematically improve the standardization level of the production site and office environment through the five core links of "organizing, reorganization, cleaning, cleaning, and literacy", so as to build a solid management foundation for the enterprise's high-quality development. In the start-up phase, JiuJu company set up a special group, based on the production process and office scene characteristics, to formulate the "5S hygiene inspection standards manual", covering 12 categories, 86 rules, such as equipment placement, material storage, channel management. For example, for the production workshop, it is clearly stipulated that tools need to be stored according to the principle of "trace management" positioning, and commonly used tools are hung within 1 meter height in the operation area to reduce the access time; the office area implements the "five-minute 5S" mechanism, which requires employees to clean up the desktop, file documents, and return to the right place before the shift every day. Digital empowerment: building a visual management system

JiuJu integrates digital tools into 5S management and builds "5S intelligent inspection platform", which integrates problem reporting, rectification tracking, data analysis and other functions. Inspectors can upload site photos and rectification records in real time through the mobile APP, and the system automatically generates a heat map of the problem to accurately locate the high incidence areas. For example, by analyzing the platform data, a workshop found that the oil pollution around the equipment accounted for 45%, and then targeted to strengthen the equipment inspection and cleaning training, so that the incidence of the problem decreased by 70%.
