Video Explaining the Multi-Stage Magnetization Process for Pump Motors—Jiuju Magnetizer #

End-to-End Solution for Magnetization Automation

The key to the long-term, stable operation of water pump motors lies in the precision multi-pole magnetization process applied to the rotor’s permanent magnets. In response to the high-load, long-cycle operating conditions of water pump motors, Jiuju has developed specialized multi-pole magnetization technology that addresses industry pain points such as uneven magnetic field distribution, low magnet utilization, and susceptibility to demagnetization in traditional magnetization methods. Through precise magnetic field positioning and closed-loop energy control, the technology achieves a magnetic field uniformity of ≥95% on the surface of the permanent magnets and improves the magnetic energy product retention rate by more than 20%. After magnetization, the rotor delivers smoother torque output, motor vibration and noise are significantly reduced, and resistance to high-temperature demagnetization is greatly enhanced. This ensures stable operation of the pump for tens of thousands of hours under continuous conditions, thereby strengthening the foundation for motor reliability and service life at the core process level.

Irregularly shaped samarium-cobalt magnets have complex magnetic pole configurations. Combined with the high-temperature resistance and high coercive force of samarium-cobalt materials, this makes them highly prone to issues such as magnetic field non-uniformity and uneven magnetization during magnetization, placing high demands on tooling and process parameters.

Magnetization itself is a physical process that takes place in milliseconds; what truly slows down the overall production cycle are the manual loading, unloading, and alignment and calibration steps. In manual magnetization mode, workers must pick up and place each part individually and verify the polarity direction, which takes several seconds per part. Production capacity fluctuates significantly depending on the workers’ skill level and fatigue, and the strong magnetic field environment also poses safety hazards.
