Le formald\u00e9hyde (HCHO) est un polluant toxique hydrosoluble tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandu, qui provient principalement des \u00e9missions de la production industrielle, de la volatilisation des mat\u00e9riaux de construction et de d\u00e9coration, et des rejets des produits m\u00e9nagers courants. Ce compos\u00e9 est fortement canc\u00e9rig\u00e8ne et biotoxique, ce qui entra\u00eene non seulement de graves dommages pour le syst\u00e8me respiratoire et le syst\u00e8me immunitaire de l'homme, mais d\u00e9truit \u00e9galement l'\u00e9quilibre \u00e9cologique de la masse d'eau. Par cons\u00e9quent, le d\u00e9veloppement d'une technologie efficace d'\u00e9limination du formald\u00e9hyde est d'une grande importance pour la protection de la sant\u00e9 humaine et le maintien de la stabilit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me. Les m\u00e9thodes existantes de d\u00e9gradation du formald\u00e9hyde comprennent principalement la technologie d'adsorption, la m\u00e9thode de biod\u00e9gradation et la m\u00e9thode d'oxydation catalytique, parmi lesquelles la m\u00e9thode d'oxydation catalytique est devenue la direction cl\u00e9 de la recherche actuelle en raison de ses avantages de d\u00e9gradation compl\u00e8te et d'absence de pollution secondaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les oxydes de type calcite (ABO\u2083), avec des structures cristallines uniques, une excellente conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectronique et une activit\u00e9 catalytique stable, ont fait des progr\u00e8s remarquables dans la catalyse multiphase telle que l'oxydation du CO et la d\u00e9gradation des compos\u00e9s organiques volatils. En tant que mat\u00e9riau chalcog\u00e9nure typique, l'oxyde de lanthane et de cobalt (LaCoO\u2083) poss\u00e8de une capacit\u00e9 potentielle de catalyse d'oxydation en raison de l'accordabilit\u00e9 de valence de son composant actif, le cobalt (Co). Cependant, il existe relativement peu d'\u00e9tudes sur la d\u00e9gradation du formald\u00e9hyde dans l'eau par le LaCoO\u2083, et le m\u00e9canisme de son activit\u00e9 catalytique ainsi que la voie de r\u00e9action ne sont pas encore enti\u00e8rement compris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans cette \u00e9tude, des catalyseurs LaCoO\u2083 chalcog\u00e9nures avec diff\u00e9rents rapports molaires entre le lanthane et le cobalt ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9s par la m\u00e9thode sol-gel, et la d\u00e9gradation catalytique du formald\u00e9hyde dans l'eau a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e syst\u00e9matiquement \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, et le m\u00e9canisme catalytique a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 en combinant des techniques de caract\u00e9risation des mat\u00e9riaux et des exp\u00e9riences d'\u00e9clatement de radicaux libres. Les r\u00e9sultats des tests de performance catalytique ont montr\u00e9 que les catalyseurs LaCoO\u2083 pr\u00e9par\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentaient une excellente activit\u00e9 de d\u00e9gradation du formald\u00e9hyde. Par rapport aux catalyseurs non homog\u00e8nes traditionnels (par exemple, les oxydes de m\u00e9taux de transition, les catalyseurs charg\u00e9s de m\u00e9taux nobles, etc.), le temps de d\u00e9gradation compl\u00e8te du formald\u00e9hyde a \u00e9t\u00e9 ramen\u00e9 de 119 \u00e0 10 minutes, et l'efficacit\u00e9 de la d\u00e9gradation a \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9e par 12. La meilleure activit\u00e9 de d\u00e9gradation a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenue lorsque le rapport molaire entre le lanthane et le cobalt \u00e9tait de 1:1, et l'\u00e9limination compl\u00e8te du formald\u00e9hyde de l'eau a pu \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en 10 minutes \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, et le taux de d\u00e9gradation est rest\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 95% apr\u00e8s 3 r\u00e9utilisations, ce qui t\u00e9moigne d'une bonne stabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afin d'\u00e9lucider les raisons intrins\u00e8ques des diff\u00e9rences d'activit\u00e9 catalytique, les \u00e9tats \u00e9lectroniques de surface des catalyseurs pr\u00e9sentant diff\u00e9rents rapports molaires lanthane-cobalt ont \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9s dans cette \u00e9tude \u00e0 l'aide de la spectroscopie photo\u00e9lectronique \u00e0 rayons X (XPS). Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 que la teneur relative en Co\u00b2\u207a \u00e0 la surface du catalyseur diminuait progressivement avec l'augmentation du rapport molaire lanthane-cobalt, tandis que la teneur en Co\u00b3\u207a augmentait en cons\u00e9quence. En combinaison avec les donn\u00e9es de performance catalytique, on constate que l'activit\u00e9 de d\u00e9gradation du formald\u00e9hyde du catalyseur est positivement corr\u00e9l\u00e9e \u00e0 la teneur en Co\u00b2\u207a, ce qui indique que le Co\u00b2\u207a est le site actif cl\u00e9 pour promouvoir la d\u00e9gradation oxydative du formald\u00e9hyde et qu'il participe \u00e0 la r\u00e9action redox par le biais du cycle de valence Co\u00b2\u207a\/Co\u00b3\u207a. Afin d'identifier les principales esp\u00e8ces actives au cours du processus de r\u00e9action, cette \u00e9tude a men\u00e9 des exp\u00e9riences d'\u00e9clatement de radicaux libres en ajoutant un agent d'\u00e9clatement du radical sulfate (SO\u2084\u30fb-) (\u00e9thanol anhydre) et un agent d'\u00e9clatement du radical hydroxyle (\u30fbOH) (tert-butanol) au syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9action, respectivement. Les r\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux ont montr\u00e9 que l'ajout des deux agents de rupture inhibait de mani\u00e8re significative l'efficacit\u00e9 de la d\u00e9gradation du formald\u00e9hyde, le taux de d\u00e9gradation diminuant de 681 TP3T avec l'ajout d'\u00e9thanol anhydre et de 521 TP3T avec l'ajout de tert-butanol, ce qui confirme que le SO\u2084\u30fb- et le \u30fbOH sont les principales esp\u00e8ces actives dans la d\u00e9gradation du formald\u00e9hyde. Sur la base des r\u00e9sultats ci-dessus, la pr\u00e9sente \u00e9tude a propos\u00e9 que le m\u00e9canisme de r\u00e9action de la d\u00e9gradation du formald\u00e9hyde catalys\u00e9e par LaCoO\u2083 \u00e9tait une r\u00e9action d'oxydation non homog\u00e8ne de type Fenton : le Co\u00b2\u207a \u00e0 la surface du catalyseur a r\u00e9agi avec les oxydants (par exemple, l'oxyg\u00e8ne dissous, le peroxyde d'hydrog\u00e8ne, etc.) dans le syst\u00e8me pour former du SO\u2084\u30fb- et du\u30fbOH, qui ont ensuite oxyd\u00e9 le formald\u00e9hyde en CO\u2084 et\u30fbOH par une forte action oxydante. Le formald\u00e9hyde est d\u00e9compos\u00e9 par oxydation en CO\u2082 et H\u2082O.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans cette \u00e9tude, l'application potentielle du chalcog\u00e9nure LaCoO\u2083 dans la d\u00e9gradation du formald\u00e9hyde dans l'eau a \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois, et le m\u00e9canisme du rapport molaire lanthanide-cobalt sur l'activit\u00e9 catalytique a \u00e9t\u00e9 clarifi\u00e9, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant la voie de r\u00e9action de l'oxydation non homog\u00e8ne de type Fenton, ce qui fournit une base th\u00e9orique et une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence technique pour le d\u00e9veloppement de catalyseurs efficaces et stables pour la d\u00e9gradation du formald\u00e9hyde \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
