Magnetizing the rotor of a motor is an extremely critical part of motor manufacturing and maintenance. For new motors, magnetization allows the magnets to "activate" and produce a stable magnetic field, allowing the motor to run; old motors can be magnetized to restore performance and reduce maintenance costs. In principle, it is based on electromagnetic induction and magnetic field energy conversion to rearrange the magnetic domains inside the permanent magnet. The process of magnetization requires strict process control and magnetic performance testing, high precision matching, uniformity guarantee, defect detection and control, as well as environmental adaptation are all challenges that need to be overcome. At present, there are many patents on magnetization devices, such as the patents of Jiangsu Coretronics and Shanghai HuXiao, which solve the problem of magnetization from different angles, such as reducing positional deviation and ensuring magnetic stability.
